Before Peter started his programming with Roy Huh, (strength coach) Peter was running a lot of template programs that did not cater to his life style and training needs. Peter had short amounts of time in the gym and had very specific needs, which he was able to receive through his customized program and weekly check ins. Peter added 40 pounds to his squat, 25 pounds to his bench and 15 pounds to his deadlift.
