Peter Chi initially came in at 190 lb and through 9 months of dual coaching (macros + programming) shed a total of 27.3 lb. Peter’s program was tailored to incorporate his lifestyle even while undergoing training. Peter frequently traveled, ran marathons, and worked hard at his goal to lose fat. Throughout the duration of the coaching, Peter was still able to enjoy celebrations with friends and the delicious meals he craved while making giant leaps of progress. His training goals didn't stop him from enjoying life.
