Divye Bhandari is one of our first international clients who has also achieved success with our duel coaching program. Divye started his program at 179 lb and immediately entered a cutting phase in preparation for a powerlifting meet. We helped the gentleman maintain his strength while he meticulously shed his weight. In the end, Divye actually broke his PR's (adding 58 pounds to his squat, 22 pounds to his bench, 45 pounds to his deadlift) and still dropped 14 pounds to compete at a nimble 165 lb.
